Kelli Mumphrey

Is a professional who has devoted her existence to a life of service. Kelli is a proud veteran of the United States Navy, who has held federal government positions with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Department of Defense and the United States Department of Labor (DOL). In her former position as a DOL Federal Project Officer, she oversaw a grant portfolio comprised of 18+ federal discretionary grants, valued at $17,000,000+ March 2016 - April 2019.

As a former DOL Federal Project Officer, Kelli participated in both pre-award and post-award federal discretionary grant activities that included; Grant Application Paneling, New Grantee Orientations, Peer to Peer Regional Conferences, Period of Performance Technical Assistance and Federal Compliance Monitoring.

These days, Kelli is on a new journey of service by sharing her expertise with organizations throughout the nation in their pursuit of applying for grants to enhance their business and community impact.

Kelli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Virginia State University, a Master’s degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management from American Military University, and a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship with a concentration in Small Business. Kelli defines success as her ability to create moments fueled by informative dialogue, faith, peace, joy, and resolution that encourages others to Realize Every Aspiration Can Happen!
