Do you work with organizations outside the US?

Currently, we focus on US-based clients but welcome the opportunity to serve entities worldwide.

How quickly can you start on a proposal?

For urgent deadlines (under 3 weeks), we’ll let you know during the consultation whether we have capacity. Most new client engagements begin within 1–2 weeks of signing.

Do we need to have our 990 or financials ready?

Not for the initial consultation. For active grant writing engagements, we’ll typically need your most recent 990, audited financials, and organizational budget — but we’ll walk you through all of that.

What if we’re a brand-new nonprofit?

We work with organizations at all stages, including newer nonprofits. Some funders specifically support emerging organizations. We’ll be honest about what’s realistic given your stage of development.
