We let our outcomes speak. Review the Grant Win Case Study.
When a Baltimore‑based organization approached R.E.A.C.H. Grants Consulting, LLC (RGC) with only two weeks remaining before the deadline, they were facing a significant challenge: a multi‑part, highly technical application requiring extensive documentation, construction planning, construction budget, and multiple narrative components. It was also RGC's first time writing a proposal for this specific client and this type of grant program—and the stakes were high. The funding would support the development of a new Low Income, Multi Family Supportive Housing Facility, a critical community resource. Despite the tight timeline and the complexity of the application, the organization ultimately secured the full $125,000 award.
To meet the deadline and deliver a competitive application, RGC implemented a rapid, strategic, and highly organized process. 1. Accelerated Intake & Organizational Assessment RGC quickly gathered essential information from the organization—mission, program model, staffing, financials, and existing partnerships—to identify gaps and determine what needed to be developed immediately. 2. Direct collaboration with Partners because the grant required multi‑agency documentation, RGC coordinated directly with partners to secure: Letters of support MOUs and service commitments Construction and architectural documentation & evidence of community engagement. This ensured every required component was complete, accurate, and aligned with the project. 3. Development of Wraparound Service Models RGC developed and refined the Multi Family Supportive Housing Facility’s wraparound service model, ensuring: Alignment with community needs integration of supportive services, clear outcomes and measurable impact & strong alignment with the City of Baltimore’s funding priorities. 4. Writing a Competitive, Multi‑Part Narrative. RGC drafted multiple narrative sections, weaving together: Organizational capacity, Community need, Project design and construction timeline, Partnerships and sustainability, & Long‑term community impact. Each narrative was written to demonstrate readiness, feasibility, and alignment with funder expectations. 5. Full Application Assembly & Submission RGC compiled all narratives, attachments, construction documents, and partner materials into a polished, compliant, and competitive application package—submitted on time and fully aligned with the grant’s requirements.
