We work with nonprofits, municpals, colleges, and social enterprises of all sizes at every level — tailoring our approach to your mission, programs, and funding landscape.
Whether you're a grassroots organization with a $200K budget or an established nonprofit managing multiple programs, we tailor our approach to where you are — and where you want to go.
We understand the pressure nonprofit leaders and social enterprises face: doing more with less, proving impact to funders, and building sustainability without burning out your team. Our job is to take the grant burden off your plate entirely.

Local governments operate in one of the most complex funding environments in the country — navigating federal priorities, state-administered programs, shifting compliance requirements, and increasingly competitive grant cycles. What sets my support apart is the vantage point I bring as a former Federal Workforce Development Specialist and Federal Project Officer who has been on the inside of how discretionary grants are evaluated, awarded, and monitored.
I’ve panel‑reviewed federal proposals, scored applications against FOA criteria, overseen awarded grants for compliance, and provided ongoing grants management technical assistance to cities, counties, school districts, and public agencies. That dual perspective — funder and applicant — allows me to help municipal clients build proposals that are not only compelling, but fully aligned with federal expectations.
